namespacing of custom validator configuration

To keep shipped and custom validator bootstrap configuration it may be a good idea to use the project namespace in the names of validators, e.g. "myproject:myvalidator".

This advice should be documented and used in the examples.

The validator configuration of the validator in the Essentials Event feature should be updated accordingly.
