Update validators in standard plugins namespaces

The resource bundle plugin contains two validators on the id field. "non-emtpy" should be removed.

/hippo:namespaces/resourcebundle/resourcebundle/hipposysedit:nodetype/hipposysedit:nodetype/id

Also the url-rewriter plugin has fields with incorrect validators:

/hippo:namespaces/urlrewriter/xmlrule/hipposysedit:nodetype/hipposysedit:nodetype/rule

/hippo:namespaces/urlrewriter/advancedrule/hipposysedit:nodetype/hipposysedit:nodetype/ruletype
