Switch usage of ckeditor plugins to those in the @bloomreach npm registry scope and gitlab code

Currently the ckeditor plugins are pulled from github and the hippo npm registry. The plugins have moved to gitlab in issue CMS-11803. We should actually use those plugins that now reside in gitlab and published on the @bloomreach npm registry scope
