Text fields should allow maxlength

A text field is an html textarea element. This allows the attribute maxlength since html 5. A string field already supports a maxlength, but we don't support this for text fields.

The usecase is an introduction to content meant to be used in an overview. Limiting the text allows for more consistent layout.
