Remove low-value demo submodules

Various projects in the brXM release train have 'demo' submodules that have relatively low value and are a maintenance burden for each release. It has been long agreed that Essentials plugins are the proper way to install sample content for demo purposes, so these demos are destined to die. Let's kill them now to avoid the maintenance hassle.
