Content Type service is not allowed to depend on CMS dependencies

    Description

      Since the CMS depends on the HST, and the HST depends on the Content Type Service, and the Content Type Service depends on the CMS we have a circular dependency issue

      The the Content Type Service should however never depend on CMS, not even in test phase since it is a really upstream high level service.
