Improve Crisp plugin maven configuration setup

The cms release pom defines the hippo.addon-crisp.version, but does not have its artifacts defined in the dependencyManagement section. Those should be added there.

The documentation of it should be updated.

The essentials plugin that inserts the crisp feature may need an update as well.
