Change product name on dashboard to reflect new branding

When logging in, the title bar of the Dashboard perspective shows the current version. The names of these need to be updated with the new branding.

Acceptance criteria:

• For Community projects, the title reads "BloomReach Developer Edition" (instead of "Hippo CMS"), followed by the version number
• For Enterprise projects, the title reads "BloomReach Experience Manager" (instead of "BloomReach Experience"), followed by the version number
