Redesign CMS login page

Please see attached:

• current_login.png (a screenshot of the current login)
• a screenshot of the brSM login screen

Design Requirements:

1) Community edition has the text 'Hippo CMS' : BloomReach Developer Edition
2) Enterprise edition has the text 'BloomReach Experience': BloomReach Experience Manager

3) Both community & enterprise edition use the BloomReach logo (instead of a Hippo logo)
4) The BloomReach Experience Manager and BloomReach personalisation Search & Merchandising login screens are aligned: 

• Use the same background image as the brSM login (see attached image brSM login.png and tools.bloomreach.com)
• Make the background of the login panel white and/or give it a shadow
• The brSM login screen has a text/link saying 'Contact BloomReach Support' - this will not be used for brXM
