[MSDTS Merge] There is no channel to select to copy the page.

The issue was found by e2e test. After it is fixed the test should pass well.

HAP Scenario "user copies page to other channel "

Scenario: 

1. Go to hippo acceptance project.
2. Select the page in the left side panel.
3. Click Page-> Copy

Expected: Dropdown allows selecting channels to copy the page.

Current behavior: no channel to select, there is no drop-down element on the page.
