Content perspective is broken in case of working with document types.

Context menu doesn't work for instance when trying to add a new document in Content editor. There is  an exception in Tomcat logs:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Node should be of type hippo:handle or nt:frozenNode

Same exception is logged when trying to open a document type in document type editor.
