Add favicons for BRE version

• Please see the 4 attached screenshots which use a hippo favicon; they represent the favicons currently used across the Experience product- the console, essentials, the repository and the CMS.

• Please also note that for the console users may choose different colours of favicon (see this page) to help in visually differentiating between different environments.

Acceptance Criteria

For the Experience product

1) The favicon for the Experience CMS is as shown in the 'CMS_32.png' attachment.

2) The default favicon for the Experience Console is the blue favicon as shown in the 'Console_blue_32.png' attachment. Users may choose different colours of this favicon to represent different environments; the other similarly named console attachments represent the options which are available for users

3) The favicon for Experience Essentials is as shown in the 'Essentials_32.png' attachment.

4) The favicon for the Experience Repository is as shown in the 'Repo_32.png' attachment.
