Project State icon and Time Stamp is not updated in Revision History when Start Campaign

Steps :

1. Create a new Project A
2. Edit any Core document - No Revision History Created
3. Take Core Offline. - master unpublished
4. Add to Project A - No Revision History Created
5. Edit Project A Document - No Revision History Created
6. Request Review for the Project A
7. Publish Core - master-published,master-unpublished
8. Approve project and start Campaign - vmGYE-published,vmGYE-unpublished

Issues

1. Order of Revision History. Last step is Starting the Campaign, so I believe the revision history for the same has to be at the top.
2. Time Stamp of Revision History.  Time stamp for last two revision history is same, not sure whether the last action has updated the TS for both or it copied the last to last TS for the last action of running campaign.
3. State Icon. For Project A, State icon is still not Live.
