Not able to view Core new document which is part of project

Steps:

1. Create a Project.
2. Create a new simple document and branch it to the project.
3. Make a change in the Project document.
4. Switch to Core

Issue : It just shows the Revision Restore tab for the document.

Expected : It should display the Core Document with Edit possibilities.
