Campaign - Doc - editor - By default Core version is displayed , when view document from Project Content

Steps:

1. Create a project and add a document to it.
2. Go to Project Perspective and then Content tab.
3. Click on the document

Issue : Document opens in the content editor but the Core version is checkout. 

Expected: It should open the Project view for the document.
