org.apache.wicket.ajax.attributes.AjaxRequestAttributes #eventPropagation is now BUBBLE by default

"This is done to make it more consistent with JavaScript API."
Impact: medium, the new behavior may trigger event handlers higher up unexpectedly (e.g. closing the context menu triggered by a body click handler). Requires careful testing and maybe changing some event handler behavior back to STOP (the old default).
