Filter out certain workflow actions in the CMS activity plugin

we do for now not want to show in activity something like 'publishBranch' because typically this goes with possibly tens or hundreds documents at once adding no value in the activity dashboard. In the future, we might be able to show these if we can 'just' filter in the cms UI itself
