Set strict root path as default for all out-of-the-box provided pickers

In 12.3 we introduced an extra configuration: strict.root.path. When this property is set to true no nodes can be selected outside the provided rootPath. Setting this as default results in backward incompatible changes so this change cannot be done before 13.0
