Open a new 'translation' document in edit mode by default

When a user creates a new document, via the translation feature, the new document is created but is not automatically in edit mode. Users needs to click 'edit' to put the document in edit mode. This is unnecessary effort for users.

Acceptance criteria

1. When users create a new document via the translation feature the document is automatically opened in edit-mode; they do not need to click the 'edit' button.
