Project vs core context unclear

Acceptance Criteria

1) The core vs project dropdown is repositioned so that it is made more prominent in the channel manager
2) The text 'For project' is changed to read 'For experience:' or 'Experience:'

Reason for change: users got confused as to what context they were editing within; would edit something accidentally in core for example
