Description

The new balloontoolbar plugin for the ckeditor is packaged into the Hippo distribution (since ~~CMS-11169~~) but is not yet configured. For the standard plugins it may work with some configuration. For our own internal link picker we may need some code changes.

This would be a nice addition for editors.
