Add info to ContentTypeService to indicate if a content type has editor templates configuration

The content type information from org.onehippo.cms7.services.contenttype.ContentTypeService could be extended to include a flag "containsEditorTemplates". This allows to make a distinction between document types that can be used to create document instances with in the CMS and types that serve as basedocuments.
