Folder picker configuration is missing root.path cluster property

The configuration for the folder picker (/hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-pickers/folders) is missing the cluster property root.path. This prevents users of the folder-picker to restrict the root path (prevent selecting an ancestor node of root path).
