Fix translation modules validation

Currently, all validation of translation modules and tooling is broken because of switching from esv xml to yaml. Right now, translation modules are being converted to yaml during maven package phase. However, YAML definitions do not contain resource bundle names anymore and thus, tests/validation logic should be rewritten.
