Regression: When editing a document the font in the Title field does not use the large font size

See attached screenshots. In 11.2 the large font was used to edit fields, on 12 this font is no longer picked up

The font-size is set to 26px in the containing element but the input field is not using the font. the font used for the Title field is too small
