Image thumbnails are too small

Thumbnail images in pickers/browsers are too small. Images are hard to recognize because they all look the same.

Either the thumbnails need to be larger or it should be possible to preview an enlarged version of a specific image prior to selection. This would allow for verification of the image before inserting it in the document.
