Provide a way to upgrade HTML cleaner configuration to HTML processor configuration

The configuration of the server-side HTML cleaner for rich text fields used to be located at /hippo:configuration/hippo:frontend/cms/cms-services/filteringHtmlCleanerService. In Visual Editing the HTML cleaner has been refactored to the HTML processor, whose configuration lives in /hippo:configuration/hippo:modules/htmlprocessor/hippo:moduleconfig. Since the HTML cleaner configuration can be customized, there should be a way to convert the old cleaning configuration to the new cleaning configuration. Maybe via a Groovy script?
