Buttons in new document type wizard are not translated

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Run HAP/Gogreen project
      2. Open channel perspective.
      3. Go to channel List view.
      4. Notice "Page Title Prefix","Theme","URL" column headings are not translated into the Chinese language.
