As a user I want a visual indication that there are more field options available

For a document type in edit mode the top hand right corner shows a list of primitive fields to choose from. On OSX the default configuration is to only show the scrollbar when scrolling. Users don't realise that there are more options than visible.

Using css we can force the scrollbar to be visiible always, despite any OSX scrollbar setting. Can we add that css for this box please? Details are described at [1].
