Regression on CMS-9509: merge missed in translations-psp1 - lost after re-integration

The changes committed for CMS-9509 were not merged into the translations-psp1 branch, while a later merge point/commit was created in that branch.
As a consequence, after the re-integration of the branch into master the fix for CMS-9509 has been lost, and needs to be re-created to fix the regression.
