Exception when concurrently changing channel properties

Channel Manager / Dutch Website / Edit Channel

In Browser A change the title prefix to 'Hippo Duurzaam - A' and save the channel properties.
In Browser B open the Channel Settings and change the title prefix to 'Hippo Duurzaam - B'
Click Save Changes

Expected: Message that properties are changed on another instance. No stacktrace on console. (at most a warning)
Actual: Message 'Could not save changes' and stacktrace:
