In Menu Editor, panel scrolls out of view if menu-item label is extremely long

Steps to reproduce
1) Login (Go Green) and open a menu editor
2) create a new menu item and give it a label that is very long
Typing a very long label scrolls the whole dialog down, a scrollbar appears.

Expected: Label length is limited or shortened in the title, for example shortened with an ellipses ...

Another issue is that long titles without spaces scroll the dialog horizontally.
