[Backport to 4.0] - Regression: Can't pick documents in Channel Manager that contain a ' in the name

Document-names containing a ' in the name (the name/label, not the node name), cannot be picked by the document-picker in the Channel Manager. The document-field remains empty, or the old value is kept (if the property pointed to another document before).

Reproduction path:
-In the latest archetype, add the Banners feature from Essentials.
-Add a new banner document with a filename that contains a ', for example test'
-Add the Banner component to the homepage container and configure it
-Click on the magnifying glass button of the document field to open the document picker and select the document that you have just created
-Click on OK
-The document field remains empty. The document has not been selected.

Expected behaviour:
-The document is selected and the document field property shows the name of the selected document
