Regression: cross channel page copy no longer working

While writing an e2e test for cross-channel page copy, I noticed that the functionality was broken. Turns out this was due to the channel service refactoring done for delete-channel. When we copy a page to a different channel, the channel switch fails, and the application is left in an incorrect state (pointing at channel X while the channel service keeps state of channel Y).
