Components using javascript do not render correctly before changes are published

There are at least two standard components that do not work correctly in the CM until channel changes are published.

Reproduction path:

• install project with 4.0.0 archetype
• add banners and Google maps features
• drag Carousel component in a container and configure it to show two banner documents, save the component configuration.
• result: only the first banner is shown, the carousel does not spin
• publish the changes in the channel: now the carousel starts spinning
• you can do the same for the Google maps component, that does not even show anything, you can click on it and configure it, but only shows after publishing the channel. In this case javascript errors show up in the browser console.

I am guessing that the Angular JS scripts do not work correctly with the JS of the components.

Problem: you cannot preview components that use javascript correctly.
