    Description

      When ExtJS sends a reload-channel event to Angular, Angular flashes a toast message. The English (and translated, most likely) catch-all message (key "ERROR_UPDATE_COMPONENT") incorrectly suggests that the problem is caused by locking. This should be fixed (before GA).
