Show mask while channel deletion is in progress

Once the REST endpoint (HSTTWO-3729) has been hit to delete a channel, the Channel Manager shall show a "progress mask", avoiding further interaction between the user and the to-be-deleted channel. Upon response form the back-end, the mask shall be removed again.
