Backport: Fetch latest changes from backend whenever a folder is clicked in menutree

Steps to reproduce:
1.Schedule a document for depublishing 1 or 2 mins after the current time.
2.Now go to channel manager in edit mode and open menu editor.
3.Navigate through the menu tree and click on the folder which contains the document scheduled for depublication
4.keep navigating through the tree for the time set for de publication.
5.Now click again on the folder which contains the document.
6.Notice document state icon is not changed and still show the published state icon.

Actual: whenever a folder is clicked for the second time in tree then the changes are not fetched from back-end and just fetch from cache.

Expected:document state icon should be changed to offline
