Menu editor picker visual regression

Several regression issues with the picker of the menu-editor:

• no indentation for tree items without children
• the triangle does not rotate 90 degrees when opening closing, it is always pointing down
• no selection highlight color is drawn when a tree item is selected (only a broken outline)
