IE11/Firefox:Icons bleeds out of the toolbar & no longer possible to click on meuitems which are below toolbar-icons

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to channel manager in view mode
2. Notice toolbar icons are not properly positioned in the toolbar
3. Also try to click on the menu items which are below the toolbar icons
4. You no longer can click on these menu items.
