Add channel indication to breadcrumbs when in HST config editor

When a user clicks 'Edit configuration' in the channel overview list, the HST configuration editor is shown for that channel. Currently, the breadcrumb then changes to 'Channel Manager > URL and Navigation Management'. That should be changed to 'Channel Manager > [name of channel] > Configuration'. The channel's name should be clickable, and open the channel in View mode with the 'Changes' menu visible. The typical user flow will be: click 'Edit configuration', make some changes in the HST config editor, click the channel's name in the breadcrumb, and click 'Changes > Publish' to publish the changes made in the HST config editor.
