IE11:Trying to load a channel in IE11 results in java script error in browser console

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to cms in IE11 browser & open developer tools.
2.Go to "Channels" perspective & load HAP channel.
3.Notice below browser console error

SCRIPT438: Object doesn't support property or method 'contains'
File: hippo-cm-9d7799f20a.min.js, Line: 26, Column: 12125

Note: It looks like there is unhandled exception and if you turn on the option "Break on unhandled exception in dev console then you can see clearly what causes the problem
