Channel Settings can't cope with channelInfo without field groups

    Description

      The current code works fine if the channel's ChannelInfo class makes use of the @FieldGroupList and @FieldGroup annotations. As far as I know, they are optional, so the CM must also handle the situation where these annotations are missing.
