Multi-user:500 Server error is shown in component property dialog when a component is deleted by one user and another user clicks on it.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to cms as "admin".
2. Login to cms as "editor" in another browser.
3. Go to "News" menu item in both the browsers.
4. "admin" user deletes "newslist" component
5. "editor" user tries" to click on the "newslist" component

Actual:--500 server error in component property dialog is shown to "editor" user.
Expected:Error should be shown in feedback toast like"component already deleted by another user"
