Pages with special characters like"@#" once added can not be deleted

    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. add a page and use special characters "@#" in page title
      2. New page gets created
      3. But notice it can not be deleted as "delete" button remains disabled for such pages.

      Expected:Proper validation should be in place for Page title field
