Indicate to the user that a container has been locked by another user

In Edit mode, when a container on the current page is locked by another user, the container overview styling shall express the fact that this container cannot be changed at this moment:

• don't show the component overlay styling
• mark the container overlay styling with a "locked" icon and suggest it's disabled
