Events from CMS to app break when app iframe is reloaded

Once the channel manager NG app in the iframe is reloaded, events from the CMS are no longer sent to the iframe app. This frequently happens during development (i.e. BrowserSync reloads the app all the time), so it's pretty annoying.

Steps to reproduce:
1. login to the community CMS of the HAP
2. view the 'Hippo Acceptance Project' channel
3. right-click on the blue toolbar on top and choose 'Reload frame' (at least that's what it's called in Chrome) to reload the app
4. navigate to the 'Events' page
5. click 'Edit'
6. click the Events List component
7. make a change to one of the component parameters

Expected: the Events List component inside the app updates
Actual: the Events List component inside the app no longer updates

The issue is 'fixed' once the whole CMS is reloaedd (i.e. hit F5 in the browser) until the app itself is reloaded again; then things break again.
