Make the menu editor's submenu creation more intuitive

    Description

      We regularly get questions if it is possible to create sub-menu items using the Channel Manager's Menu Editor dialog. Apparently, the implemented "indenting" mechanism is not sufficiently intuitive. Please consider better ways to expose this capability.
