Use 'perspective-activated' and 'perspective-deactivated' events

    Description

      The channel manager now generated events called 'channel-manager-activated' and 'channel-manager-deactivated'. Instead it should generate 'perspective-activated' and 'perspective-deactivated' events, with a parameter 'perspectiveId' set to 'channels'.
