Creating document from Channel Manager (using @DocumentLink and allowCreation=true) doesn't open the document

To reproduce (Using Go Green):

• Edit the English Channel
• Go to the Products section
• Click the "Welcome" component to open the properties box
• Click "Create Document"
  Expected result: A document is created and opened
  Actual result: A document is created, but not opened. A warning is logged:
  WARN [org.hippoecm.frontend.plugins.standards.list.AbstractListingPlugin.<init>():67] No document model service configured (model.document)
